Classes/Programs
We conduct numerous programs for all ages. Fun and fitness are combined. Our programs run in sessions and last from 7-8 weeks. Registration for programs can be made in person or by phone. All registrations are "first come, first served." Full members enjoy the benefit of free group exercise programs, as well as reduced fees for classes. We also offer members a 12 week personal fitness program designed with personalized goals. Our brochure is published prior to each session and contains all the information on class offerings, Y events, pool schedules, and open gym times. The brochures are mailed to all members. Be sure to keep yours at hand! Special events and special schedules are posted in the lobby, as well our newsletter, YUP (Y-Update), and also on this web site for timely information.
