Step - Circuit
A high/low intensity cardiovascular workout utilizing the step
with intervals of strength conditioning. This class will use resistance
tools, handweights and dynabands. A great combination to improve your
cardiovascular fitness level.
Aerobics
Traditional aerobic class focusing on cardiovascular endurance, strength
conditioning and flexibility for the participant. This class can be performed
at either high or low impact or a combination of both.
HEAT (High Energy Aerobic Training)
This cardio mix class will appeal to all fitness levels. The instructors
guarantee you will have fun. A great overall workout through a combination
of floor aerobics, hand weights, kick boxing, body sculpting, jump roping
and dynabands.
KickBoxing
A fun and invigorating Kickboxing class incorporating
upper body drills & kickboxing drills, with periods of low impact recovery. Focus
is on abdominal strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Balls, Bands and Weights
Increase your strength and flexibility with various fitness equipment. You progress at your own rate so beginners and advanced can be in the same class. Focus on specific areas, arms , hips, and abs.
Women On Weights
This class is for women who want to learn how to use all of the strength
equipment in a group setting. Class includes use of the Free Weight Room,
Nautilus, and bands. During the last 10 minutes of class we do a great
ab workout. Limit

This class is for men and women who want use all of the strength equipment in a group setting. Class includes use of the
Free Weight Room, Nautilus, and bands. During the last 10 minutes of class we do a great ab workout. LIMIT 10
PERSONAL TRAINING
The
YMCA also offers individual training sessions from our certified personal
trainers. Members have the option of individual training sessions or buying
them in groups of 4, 6, 8, or 12 sessions at a group rate.

ORIENTATION: NAUTILUS, FREE WEIGHTS & CARDIOVASCULAR EQUIPMENT
All members are asked to receive an orientation to our equipment from
one of our trained staff. They will explain policies, equipment and design
a program for you. Please allow 1 hour for an orientation. To sign up

BODY COMPOSITION ANAYLSIS
The YMCA’s method of estimating lean muscle mass involves the measurement
of skin folds in various body locations. In 3 or 4 pinches you will know
approximately how much of your body is muscle and how much is fat. By Appointment Only
INDIVIDUAL FITNESS TESTING/EVALUATION
The Y’s Way to Physical Fitness Test is an excellent means of evaluating
your present fitness level. The test is highly recommended for all members
to determine progress toward personal goals. The complete battery of tests
will include measurements of body composition, blood pressure, resting
heart rate, strength, flexibility and muscular endurance, as well as cardio-respiratory

KEMPO KARATE, COMBAT HAPKIDO
(For ages 13 & up)
Kempo Karate: (combined with Kung-fu &
Jiu-Jitsu) is a martial arts program based on traditional training values
and personal development of life skills for today’s modern society.
Combat Hapkido: is a comprehensive self-defense
system that is enjoyable to learn and produces effective results in realistic
situations.
