Summer Fee (8 wks): FREE Members, $50.00 Program Members AQUA-MIX
WATER WALKINGAn intense deep water workout with no impact to muscles or joints. You will build strength and endurance through 30 minute of interval training plus stretching and toning. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.
WATERWORKSClass consists of a steady aerobic segment followed by deep water exercise for endurance and muscle toning through water resistance. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.
SENIOR STRENGTH TRAININGClass is designed specifically for older adults with a primary goal of slowing the aging process. This is attained by increasing strength and endurance.
