AQUA-MIX

auacise participantsThis class aims to help participants maintain and improve range of motion, A high intensity water fitness program focused on providing a unique workout by utilizing exersices from various disciplines. This class will be comprised of kickboxing moves, aerobic exercises, interval work, strength training and a 15 minute yoga cool down. All areas of the pool are used so participants must be comfortable in deep and shallow water. This class is geared towards active adults who are seeking a diverse and intense water-aerobic workout.

  • Mon, Wed, & Fri 8:30 - 9:15 AM;

WATER WALKING

An intense deep water workout with no impact to muscles or joints. You will build strength and endurance through 30 minute of interval training plus stretching and toning. Participants must be comfortable in deep water.

  • Tues. & Thurs. 8:30 - 9:15;
  • Sat. 8:30 -9:15 AM; come to Waterworks

WATERWORKS

Class consists of a steady aerobic segment followed by deep water exercise for endurance and muscle toning through water resistance. Participants should be comfortable in deep water.

  • Tues. & Thurs. 7:30 - 8:15 PM
  • Sat. 8:30 - 9:15 AM

SENIOR STRENGTH TRAINING

Class is designed specifically for older adults with a primary goal of slowing the aging process. This is attained by increasing strength and endurance. This program instructs on proper techniques and progression. All levels are welcome! For more information contact Deb Acres, Fitness Director at 228-9622 Ext. 122.

SilverSneakers®
