youth fitness centerThe Youth Fitness Center is open to all full youth members ages 6-14. These smaller nautilus machines are ideal for anyone who wants to work with light stacks. A staff member will be available to give orientations to children and their families during the times listed. Every child must go through an orientation with a staff member. Once completed youth members may use the facility with an adult. If you would like to make an appointment for your child, please call 228-9622, ext 122.

YOUTH STRENGTH TRAINING (Ages 8 - 16)

A fun, interactive class for our Junior Members, Youth Strength Training is intended to provide a supervised introduction to the foundations of physical fitness and personal wellness. Activities include flexibility training, cardiovascular training, strength and conditioning, basic anatomy instruction and principles of nutrition. This class is great for sports conditioning to prevent injuries and physical fitness. (Limit 10)
