YOUTH FITNESS CENTER

YOUTH STRENGTH TRAINING (Ages 8 - 16) A fun, interactive class for our Junior Members, Youth Strength Training is intended to provide a supervised introduction to the foundations of physical fitness and personal wellness. Activities include flexibility training, cardiovascular training, strength and conditioning, basic anatomy instruction and principles of nutrition. This class is great for sports conditioning to prevent injuries and physical fitness. (Limit 10)
